Every month includes a small reach boost on at least one of your posts, set up through your own ad account (we'll create one if you haven't got one). Bigger campaigns are quoted and paid for separately.

What's not included
The things people assume are free
We'd rather say this on the pricing page than in a surprise invoice. All of these can be arranged, but they're quoted separately.
Extra ad campaigns
Beyond the small monthly boost. We'll quote our time, and the platform's ad budget is paid by you, in your own ad account. See other services for what a campaign involves.
Photo and video shoots
We work from your photos. If you'd like a proper shoot, that's a separate arrangement with someone local to you.
Website design
Not part of the monthly plan. We build small sites as a separate project, quoted before anything starts; see other services.
Handling enquiries
We reply to public comments. We don't take bookings, quote jobs or answer the phone; that stays with you.
The reach boost
How the monthly boost works
Each month, we put a small amount of money behind at least one of your better-performing posts, so it appears in front of more people nearby.
At least one post is boosted every month, including your first. If the budget stretches to a second post, that goes behind it too, and both appear in the month's note.
It runs through your own ad account, which means you can see exactly what was spent. If you don't have an ad account, we'll help you create one.
What it does: shows your post to more local people than it would reach on its own. What it doesn't do: guarantee enquiries, followers or sales. Nobody honest can promise those.

The whole service depends on one small habit: sending photos. Everything else is ours.
Weekly photos
A few snaps of finished jobs, products or the team. Phone photos are fine; honest beats glossy. Send them through a shared folder or WhatsApp.
Safe access, once
Five minutes to add us as a partner or admin on each platform. No passwords, and you can remove us at any time.
A 20-minute chat
To agree your rhythm, your quiet days, your tone and anything you never want posted. Then we get on with it.

Pricing questions
The practical stuff
Where is Steady Social based?
We're a remote-first team based in Nigeria, working to UK hours and serving UK businesses only. Steady Social is a trading name of Kampus_Digital Hub Solutions, a business registered in Nigeria (BN 8263254). Running lean is how we keep the price fair, not by cutting corners on consistency.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. The service runs month to month with 30 days' notice. There's no long contract and no exit fee. If you cancel, you keep everything: pages, followers, photos and reviews.
Who owns my accounts and content?
You do, always. We're added as a partner or admin, never as the owner. If you leave, we remove our access and your pages stay exactly where they are.
What happens if I forget to send photos?
We post from approved backup content instead (seasonal reminders, opening hours, tips from your trade), so your page never goes silent. You'll never get a chase-up message about it.
Can I add more channels?
Yes, other channels can be agreed. Anything outside the four included channels is quoted before we start, so you always know the number in advance.
Is the advertising budget included?
No. The small monthly reach boost on at least one post is managed within the plan, but the platform's advertising spend sits in your own ad account and is paid by you. That way you can see exactly where the money goes.
Do you promise followers or sales?
No, and we'd be wary of anyone who does. We promise a steady, genuine posting rhythm, replies to customers, and a page that no longer looks abandoned. What that does for your enquiries depends on your trade, your area and your prices.
What if I need to change the posting rhythm?
Just say. Seasonal businesses often post less in January and more in December. Message your contact and we'll adjust. No charge for changing the plan's rhythm.
