Steady Social exists because too many good local businesses look closed online, not because they are, but because nobody had time to post. We take that job off your plate, every week.
How this started
We spend our working days on social media for businesses. And the same conversation kept coming up: owners who knew their page looked abandoned, felt slightly embarrassed about it, and had absolutely no intention of fixing it this week, because this week they were on a roof, or behind a till, or already doing the work of three people.
They didn't need a strategy. They needed someone to just… post.
So Steady Social is built around that one small, unglamorous promise: your pages, kept active, every week. Not viral. Not a rebrand. Not a six-month campaign with a launch event. Just regular, genuine posts that make a business look open, busy and worth calling.
If you look at a page we manage and think "that looks like the business, only tidier", we've done it right.
What we're not
We're not a viral-growth agency. We don't buy followers, likes or reviews, and we won't tell you we can triple your enquiries in 30 days. We're also not the cheapest option on the internet, and we're not pretending to be.
What we are is consistent: the unglamorous kind, the kind that's still there in week fourteen when the novelty has worn off for everyone else.

Mubarid Aruna (DIGIMAJ), founder
Mubarid is a digital media professional and web developer based in Benin City, Nigeria. He started Steady Social after years of building brands, websites and content for businesses that were brilliant at the work and invisible online.
He's also the chief executive of Kingdom Reach Media, and partner at Naija Market Hub. His work sits where technology, design and everyday business meet: practical tools and honest content, rather than vanity metrics.
Steady Social is where that comes together: a simple service, run properly, for people who'd rather be working than posting.

Remote-first, in Nigeria, on UK hours

Steady Social is run by a remote-first team based in Nigeria. We work to UK hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm) and we work with UK businesses only. Our clients are in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland; our team is in Benin City and, on any given day, wherever the work is.
Running lean means we can keep our pricing fair, without cutting corners on consistency or care. That's the whole of it. We're not a call centre and we're not a faceless marketplace. You'll have one person who knows your business and answers you by name.
We say this plainly because the alternative is worse. Plenty of agencies quietly outsource and hope you don't ask.
UK working hours
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm UK time. Replies within one UK working day, usually much sooner.
