What exactly do I get for £200 a month?
Management of four channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Google Business Profile) with a planned posting rhythm, captions, scheduling, replies to comments, a small monthly reach boost on at least one post and a simple monthly report. It's one fee, paid upfront monthly.
Do I have to give you my passwords?
No. We never ask for passwords. We use the partner or admin access built into each platform, so you keep control and can remove our access at any time.
Who owns my accounts?
You do, always. Your pages, your followers and your photos stay yours. If you ever stop working with us, everything stays exactly where it is.
What happens if I forget to send photos?
We post from approved backup content instead (seasonal reminders, opening hours, helpful tips from your trade), so your page never goes silent. Send photos when you can and we'll use them.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No long contract. The service runs month to month with 30 days' notice to cancel, and the first month is paid upfront. Each client signs a short service agreement setting out the basics.
What is the monthly reach boost?
Every month includes a small reach boost on at least one of your posts, set up through your own ad account. We'll set an ad account up for you if you don't have one. Larger campaigns are quoted and paid for separately, because the platform's advertising budget is a separate cost.
Which channels do you look after?
As standard: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Google Business Profile. Other channels can be agreed, though we'd rather do four well than eight badly.

We're a remote-first team based in Nigeria, working to UK hours, and we work with UK businesses only. Steady Social is a trading name of Kampus_Digital Hub Solutions, a business registered in Nigeria.
